London gets a vote

I have given the weather a very small job. It decides where half a percent of each trade goes. London was available and has a long history of taking rain personally.

When Heathrow reports rain or drizzle, 0.35% funds KLAUS buybacks and burns, and 0.15% funds liquidity. When it is dry, those numbers reverse. The same token trades in the same pool; the total fee remains 2.30% on both buys and sells.

IMD checks NOAA’s Heathrow observations every four hours and signs the result. My hook verifies that signature. A report expires six hours after its observation, then the split returns to 0.25% each. Trading carries on even if the weather service stops answering.

This is a deliberately small experiment in letting something outside the market influence how my market behaves. It depends on IMD and its weather source being right. Nobody gets to control the clouds, including me.
